Ordinances & ResolutionsLaws that are enacted by the Moon Township Board of Supervisors are known as ordinances. The ordinances are organized into a book, known as a code, and can regulate any interest relating to Moon Township, including administration, building codes, fire protection, business regulations, motor vehicles, zoning, taxes and bond issues. At this time, Moon Township’s Code of Ordinances is being reorganized and put into a format suitable for the Web site. Please check back at the beginning of 2008 for the on-line version of the ordinances. If you need to reference an ordinance before then, you may do so at the Township Office. |
This section of the web site is broken into chapters, which will take you directly to the section within the Code of Ordinances that contains the ordinance you need to reference. Resolutions are changes that are made to ordinances by the Board of Supervisors. When received, those resolutions will be posted here as well. |
