News & EventsAt the regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at 7:00 PM, in the Township Municipal Building, 1000 Beaver Grade Road, the Board of Supervisors of Moon Township will hold a public hearing on and consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, the proposed ordinance amendment to Chapter 208 of the Moon Township Code, Zoning. The proposed zoning amendment is to change the zoning district designation for the following properties designated by Allegheny County Block/Lot No.: (1) 596-R-12 owned by Arthur D. Tarquinio to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial from R-1A Low Density Residential. Complete true and correct copies of the proposed ordinances are on file and may be examined by the public at the Moon Township Municipal Building, 1000 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA, during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM Wednesday and 8:30 AM to Noon Friday. Copies of these proposed ordinances are also available for inspection at the newspaper publishing this legal notice and at the Office of the Allegheny County Council Clerk, Allegheny County Courthouse, Pittsburgh, PA.
