At a special meeting to be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Moon Area School District Middle School Auditorium, 904 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA 15108, the Moon Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the conditional use application filed by Revival Today, Inc., requesting Conditional Use Approval to permit a Place of Worship use on property located at 1442 Coraopolis Heights Road in the Township’s R-1 Semi-Rural Residential Zoning District, currently designated as Allegheny County Block/Lot No. 503-L-124. The application is made under Section 27-205, Table 27-1, Section 27-854 and Part 8 of Chapter 27 of the Moon Township Code of Ordinances, Zoning, as amended. A copy of the application and related materials is on file and may be examined at the Moon Township Municipal Building, 1000 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA 15108, during the hours of: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Wednesdays; and 8:00 AM to Noon on Fridays. Interested members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. A decision on the application may be rendered at the conclusion of the public hearing. Notice to be Advertised/Proof of Publication: September 9, 2024, and September 16, 2024.
